How do I submit my prescription?
When you buy prescription eyeglasses online, a valid prescription from your eye doctor with pupillary distance test is required to process your order. You may submit your prescription while processing your glasses order online, or email it later to customercare@kraywoods.com. Your glasses prescription can be uploaded as a PDF, JPG or PNG, or entered manually. All prescriptions are reviewed by our in-house optician to ensure that your glasses will be perfectly adapted to your prescription.
Please note that no prescription is required when you order reading glasses online.
What type of prescription lenses do you offer?
We offer HD single vision lenses, HD progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, reading lenses and blue-light blocking lenses available with or without prescription. All our premium prescription lenses include anti-scratch coating, anti-reflective coating and UV protection at no extra cost.

Do I need Standard lenses, Thin lenses or Ultra-Thin lenses?
Standard lenses are is made for low to medium prescriptions with SPH from -2.50 to +2.50 and CYL up to 1.75; Thin lenses are made for medium to strong prescriptions with SPH between -2.50 and -5.00, SPH between +2.50 and +4.00 and CYL up to 3.00; Ultra-Thin Lenses are made for medium to strong prescriptions with SPH between -2.50 and -5.00, SPH between +2.50 and +4.00 and CYL up to 3.00.
